fixed request frames problem, added finetuning fro checkpoint functionality, minor print bugs, clarified README

fix visualization, interactions via file, i/o for subtitles text in vids, request frames during training

added text prompt to generate videos, fixed a million things on preprocessing, dataloaders, computation of updated stats etc.
